National Geographic France published my Pompeji story in their current issue January 2012 (janvier 2012).

December 2011
New work realized in Normandy in France. Photographs of places which were established during the norman period. The series include such fantastic places like the Mont St. Michel, the castles in Falaise and Domfront and the abbey of Jumieges. The photographs will be published in the first weeks of 2012. All photographed with an Alpa Max camera and lenses from Schneider-Kreuznach using a digital back.
My photographs of Pompeji are published in the german edtion of National Geographic in the December issue. The current issue has two different covers, one with a bible photograph and one with the Pompeji story. Here some screenshots of the story:

During November and late October I photographed a new landscape work. Photographs in Iceland, Sweden, Denmark and northern Germany. The photographs will be published in January 2012.
The magazine Abenteuer & Reisen published the titel story about New Zealand in their current November issue with my photographs.

An assignment took us to places along the German Fairytale Route and we realized a new story about the Grimm Brothers. We photographed places in the german region of Hesse and in the wonderful Reinhardswald forest. Here four of the places we photographed...

In Pompeji we realized a very nice and interesting story for the german edition of National Geographic. Photographs will be published soon.

Stern magazine published the german landscape story in their current issue Nr. 28/2011.

The new website is online and in a short test period. We try to keep the layout as simple as possible and to use the lightbox plugin for presentation of the images. I prefer this simple way of viewing photographs on a computer screen.
